Cabernet Sauvignon (cab-er-NAY SO-vin-one)

Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's best varieties and is known as the king of red wines. It can be found in almost all regions where red wine grapes are grown. In the Bordeaux region in France known as the most noble red grape of all. It is also among the best red in California, Chile and Australia. Cabernet Sauvignon is usually dark purple or ruby in color and has a medium to full body. It shows a nice series of intense fragrance that blends with Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah.
